The term self storage refers to a service providing the rental of personal storage units. It is a very popular service throughout the world and we are glad that we can bring this modern, affordable, flexible and secure concept to Bratislava. Storage Port uses modern technologies that are commonly used in hotels or short term rental apartments (for example Airbnb) to ensure an easy rental experience.
Storage Port is located in a building with 24-hour security guard service, an advanced CCTV system and other security technologies. The entrance to the building is electronically secured and well lighted. Only you have access to your rental unit.
Storage Port is open daily from 06:00 to 22:00. During this time, you can visit your storage unit as many times as you like. You will be provided with a unique PIN code for easy access to the building which you will receive after booking and subsequent check-in.
The minimum rental period is 14 days, the maximum is unlimited. You can extend or shorten the rental period at any time online.

Our self storage warehouse is located in Bratislava on Ivanská cesta 26 near Avion shopping center and IKEA department store.
FLEXI RATE
We will automatically extend a reservation made for an indefinite period (FLEXI RATE).
When you no longer need to use your storage unit, all you need to do is send us your notice of termination by email or in writing (with the name of the tenant, the storage unit number and the date you want to end the rental) . Your rental will end on the date you stated in your notice, but no earlier than a 14-day period after the delivery of your notice.
The rent charged for renting storage units in the FLEXI RATE mode will always be charged according to the current price list.
FIX RATE
A reservation made for a fixed period (FIX RATE) ends on the last day of the rental period.
If you still need your storage unit, let us know by email or phone and we will be happy to extend the rental period. We will send you an email confirmation about the extension. If you continue to use your storage unit after the end of the rental term and it is not cleaned out, will we proceed according to the applicable General Terms and Conditions.
If you request a rental extension during the last 14 days of the FIX RATE rental period, we cannot guarantee the availability of your storage unit for the next period.
